Abstract:
A rice husker, comprising a stand (15). The top of the stand (15) is provided with spiked supports (1). A bearing seat (10) is disposed on one side of the spiked supports (1). A pin coupling with elastic sleeves (9) is provided on one side of the bearing seat (10). The pin coupling with elastic sleeves (9) is located on the output shaft of an electric motor (8). The stand (15) is further provided with a forward-rotating leaf grinding device (16) and a backward-rotating leaf grinding device (17). The backward-rotating leaf grinding device is provided with a round sieve (6), and the forward-rotating leaf grinding device is provided with a first long meshed sieve (5), a second long meshed sieve (7) and a sieve barrel supporting rod (2). One end of the forward-rotating leaf grinding device is provided with a material discharge port (4). During operation, the electric motor (8) drives the pin coupling with elastic sleeves (9), such that the spiked supports (1) rotate. Rice grains enter the forward-rotating leaf grinding device (16) and are tumbled therein, before entering the backward-rotating leaf grinding device (17), wherein the grains are tumbled and subjected to friction in order to complete separation of the husks, while contaminants are simultaneously removed from a contaminant discharge apparatus.
