Abstract:
This rice transplanter 1 comprises a seedling planting device 23 for scraping off, with a planting claw 30, seedlings from a seedling mat placed on a seedling platform 29 having a seedling vertical feed belt 155 for conveying seedling mats, and planting the seedlings in cultivated land. The rice transplanter 1 is constituted in such a manner that when planting from a seedling mat planted at high density, the seedling vertical feed amount of the seedling mat generated by the seedling vertical belt 155 is reduced in comparison to when planting from a standard growth seedling mat grown at a lower seedling density than the high density seedling mat.
