Abstract:
The invention relates to a riding ground having an underground watering and drainage system, comprising a watertight basin (14) in which watering means (22) and drainage means (22) are disposed, and also comprising a water supply device connected to the watering means (22). The riding ground is characterised in that the watering means (22) are disposed below a separating layer (30) consisting of elastic mats which each have at least one extensively porous base layer which is permeable to water and is made of synthetic material, particularly preferably made of in particular closed-cell and cross-linked PE or PET.
