Abstract:
A right angle door opening elevator car roof structure, comprising: a front car roof plate (1) and a rear car roof plate (2) form a car roof body; a front angle angular piece (5), a front door angular piece (3), a front door side angular piece (4), a rear angle angular piece (6), a rear angular piece (8), and a side door angular piece (7) are sequentially and surroundingly provided on an upper side edge of the car roof body; a C-shaped groove is fixed to an inner side of the front door angular piece (3) and an inner side of the side door angular piece (7); car straighteners (17) are fixed to the front-angle angular piece (5) and the rear-angle angular piece (6), respectively; lamp covers (9) and reinforcing ribs are provided on the car roof body; guardrail seat plates (10) are fixed to inner sides of the front door side angular piece (4) and rear angular piece (8), respectively, and guardrails (18) are fixed onto the guardrail seat plates (10); in addition, skirting boards (15) are respectively fixed on an outer side of the guardrails (18) onto the front door side angular piece (4) and rear angular piece (8); and a ceiling (16) is fixed to a lower side of the car roof body. The described car roof structure is simple, has a reasonable design, a relatively easy fabrication process, and is convenient to install, thus ensuring that the operating performance of an elevator is stable, reducing maintenance costs, and improving the safety factor.
