A right file management method. The method comprises: generating M groups of public and private key pairs, and then generating a right file in a manner of a personal user signing a contract with an issuing party, wherein the right file comprises N groups of public and private key pairs selected from the M groups of public and private key pairs, and each public and private key pair in the N groups of public and private key pairs respectively corresponds to each right required by the personal user (A1); based on the N groups of public and private key pairs, generating registration data and private data saved by the personal user, and the issuing party issuing all public keys in the N groups of public and private key pairs (A2); and the personal user using the registration data to execute a registration operation, and a third party using the N groups of public and private key pairs provided by the personal user and the issued public keys related thereto to verify the validity of the right file so as to grant a right to the personal user (A3). By means of the right file management method, a right file can be registered and can be verified by a third party, and thus the security is high.
