The invention relates to rigidified pentadentate chelating agents of Formulae (I) and (II), which are useful for the [Al18F]2+ labelling of biomolecules. The chelating agents of the invention are used to form coordination complexes with [Al18F]2+, which are particularly advantageous for use as tracers in molecular imaging techniques, in particular PET.
