Abstract:
The computation device (52) of this rigidity measurement device (1) applies pressure to an object to be measured (P) until said pressure reaches a predetermined level, and when subsequently carrying out decompression, determines the rigidity in the squeak frequency band of the object to be measured (P) on the basis of the slope in the stress-displacement curve immediately after the start of decompression. As a result, there is no need to vibrate the object to be measured (P) at high frequencies as in the prior art and no need to increase the rigidity of the housing (11) for the rigidity measurement device (1), thus making it possible to reduce the size of the rigidity measurement device (1). In addition, there is no need for an accelerometer because there is no need to measure the acceleration of the object to be measured (P) as in the prior art, thus making it possible to reduce costs related to the rigidity measurement device (1).
