Abstract:
A rim (1) based on a combination of a DH structure (2) and a DW structure (3), comprising a rim (1), a DH structure (2) configured on a tire mounting side of the rim (1), and a DW structure (3) configured on a non-tire mounting side, the DH structure (2) and the DW structure (3) being integrally formed. The bottom of the tire-mounting side of the DH structure (2) is an inclined bent portion, and the bottom of the non-tire mounting side of the DW structure (3) is a wavy bent portion. The integral structure solves the air leakage risk caused by a conventional spliced structure and also increases production efficiency. The bottom of the tire mounting side of the DH structure (2) is deeper than a conventional DW structure, which solves the problem of difficulty in mounting tires, and the non-tire mounting side DW structure (3) increases the strength of the rim (1). A protruding knurled structure solves the problem of tire slip. The rim (1) uses a one-piece formed structure, which is durable, has a manufacturing process not requiring splicing, and has low energy consumption, no pollution and a high safety index, while achieving an equivalent load. Production efficiency is increased by 50% and costs are reduced by 30%.
