Title:
RING-FUSED MORPHOLINE DERIVATIVE HAVING PI3K-INHIBITING ACTIVITY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2010/027002
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a compound represented by formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which can inhibit the activity of PI3K to regulate many biological processes including the growth, differentiation, survival, proliferation, migration and metabolism of cells and is therefore useful for the prevention/treatment of diseases including inflammatory diseases, arteriosclerosis, vascular/cardiovascular diseases, cancer/tumors, immune diseases, cell-proliferative diseases and infectious diseases. (In the formula, U and W independently represent =C(-R’)- or =N-; V and X independently represent =C(-R’’)- or =N-; R’ and R’’ independently represent a hydrogen or the like; R1 represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or the like; R2 and R3 independently represent a hydrogen or the like; Z represents a single bond or –(CR4R5)n-; R4 and R5 independently represent a hydrogen or the like; and n represents an integer of 1 to 2, provided that there are requirements such as a requirement that at least one of U, V, W and X represents =N- and all of U, V, W and X do not represent =N- simultaneously.)
