Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of semiconductor design and manufacturing, and provides a ring inverter, a latch, a storage circuit, a memory, and an electronic device. The ring inverter is manufactured by using vertical transistors, so that the area occupied by the ring inverter can be reduced, and the integration density of the ring inverter is increased. Further, when the latch is manufactured by using the ring inverter, and then the storage circuit and even the memory and the electronic device are manufactured by using the manufactured latch, the integration density of the latch, the storage circuit and even the memory can be increased and thus the performance of the electronic device is improved.
