Abstract:
This ring member 20 includes a split body 21 having a split part 22 split at one point in the circumferential direction, and also includes a tapping screw 29 that connects a circumferential-direction first thin-walled part 23 and second thin-walled part 24, which constitute the split part 22, in a manner such that the thin-walled parts overlap in the radial direction of a first pipe 10A. The body 21 can come into contact with a lock ring 13 located inside a socket 12 of a second pipe 10B due to the first thin-walled part 23, which is positioned on the radially inner side of the first pipe 10A, being fitted into an annular groove 18 formed in the outer periphery of a spigot 11. The body 21 has, on the second thin-walled portion 24, an engaging portion 26 that engages with the first thin-walled portion 23 in a pipe-axis direction.
