Abstract:
Provided are a risk detection device, a risk detection method, and a risk detection program that allow children and the like to use the Internet while minimizing their exposure to the risks associated with use of the Internet. This risk detection device (200) is a device for detecting risks on the Internet to a pre-registered registrant such as a child registered by a guardian, said device being equipped with: a specification unit (210) for specifying a record when identifying a record in a life data database (DB) (202) using as a key a risk term included in a risk term dictionary (201) which stores terms indicating risk, said life data database storing records that each contain life data which is electronic data generated in association with the life of the registrant; a determination unit (220) for determining substitute information with which the specified record in the life data database (202) is substituted; and a notification unit (230) for notification of the determined substitute information.
