Abstract:
Provided are a risk information distribution device and a risk information distribution method with which a current location and needed risk information corresponding to a future schedule can be distributed to travelers appropriately and efficiently, and risk information can be distributed so as to enable an administrator to accurately and quickly ascertain the safety of travelers. The present device 1 has, as primary constituent elements, an itinerary information acquisition processing unit 31, a risk information acquisition processing unit 32, a risk information determination processing unit 33, a risk information notification processing unit 34, a location information acquisition processing unit 35, a location information comparison processing unit 36, a determination result display processing unit 37, an abnormal situation notification processing unit 38, a safety confirmation notification processing unit 39, and a location information confirmation processing unit 40. In addition, the present device is equipped with an itinerary information database 21 for storing itinerary information, a risk information database 22 for storing risk information, a location information database 23 for storing location information for a portable information terminal 2, a notification history information database 24 for storing a history of the distribution of alerts, and the like.
