Abstract:
Disclosed is a riveting robot, comprising: a robot portion (1), being arranged on a chassis (10) and being quickly and detachably connected with a riveting tool portion (2) via a hydraulic quick-change plate (9); a visual position recognition portion (3), being arranged at one side of the hydraulic quick-change plate and being fixed on the sixth axis (1.3) of a front end of the robot portion; an automatic rivet feeding portion (4), being arranged on a mounting base plate (1.2), and the mounting base plate being fixed on the chassis through a two-stage vibration reduction structure; a riveting gun tail material collecting portion (5), being used to collect tail materials produced during the riveting process; and a riveting quality judgment portion (8), being used to collect and process riveting data and generate a riveting curve to achieve the judgment to the riveting quality. The riveting robot system can achieve the unmanned rapid installation of rivets at specific riveting stations. The vibration reduction structure effectively isolates the interference of a vibration source to the riveting operation of a robot, thereby guaranteeing the working precision of the riveting robot system and the service life of the riveting robot mechanism.
