Abstract:
Provided are an RNA reaction type fluorescent probe (9), a preparation method therefor, and use thereof in tumor imaging and treatment. After the probe (9) is responded by an ALP enzyme, the fluorescence thereof is enhanced, and a photo-acoustic effect at 685 nm is also enhanced. Meanwhile, the probe (9) can be subjected to a cross-linking reaction with cytoplasmic RNA under the irradiation of red light after being responded by the ALP enzyme, such that the retention time of the probe (9) in a tumor cell is prolonged, and tumor imaging in a long window period is realized. The cross-linking reaction causes damage to mitochondria, such that serious tumor cell apoptosis is caused, and therefore tumor growth is inhibited. The probe (9) not only can perform long-window-period near-infrared and photo-acoustic bimodal imaging on a tumor, but also can inhibit tumor growth and realize integration of tumor diagnosis and treatment.
