Abstract:
The present invention relates to an RNA library construction method comprising a ligation step of a first adapter nucleic acid molecule and a second adapter nucleic acid molecule. Furthermore, by adding a guide nucleic acid molecule, the ligation efficiency of the adapter nucleic acid molecules is increased, and thus RNA library construction efficiency can be increased.
