Abstract:
The present invention provides an RNA virus processing method that includes: (a) a step in which a sample possibly including an RNA virus is prepared; (b) a step in which a reverse transcription reaction liquid including the sample from step (a) and a heat-resistant reverse transcription enzyme is prepared; and (c) a step in which the reaction liquid obtained in step (b) is heated.
