Abstract:
The present invention provides a road-adaptive variable drive wheel of an automatically-adaptive form, in which: the road-adaptive variable drive wheel is adaptive to a road state like in a caterpillar method and has the same moving speed as a general circular wheel; and the wheel automatically senses the road state with no need to equip separate constituent elements which are necessary for varying the wheel such as a road state detection sensor and a control unit, so that wing portions of the wheel may be unfolded automatically when the wheel reaches a rough road. According to the present invention, the road-adaptive variable drive wheel comprises: a driving shaft which is rotatable by the driving of a motor; an auxiliary driving shaft which is rotatable in engagement with the driving shaft; and a variable actuator which is equipped to be foldable according to the rotation of the auxiliary driving shaft in engagement with an outer surface of the auxiliary driving shaft, and includes a head portion directly engaged with the auxiliary driving shaft and wing portions spread by being extended from the head portion.
