Abstract:
A road electric sign system device capable of controlling snow melting according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a detection sensor that detects rain and/or snow; a humidity sensor that measures the humidity of air; a first temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the air; a second temperature sensor that measures the temperature of a road surface; a dew point temperature calculation unit that calculates the dew point temperature of the air by matching the humidity of the air and the temperature of the air in a dew point calculation table; a risk time estimation unit that estimates a time when the temperature of the air, measured in a state in which the temperature of the air is falling, reaches a preset temperature as an icing caution time, and estimates a time when the temperature of the road surface reaches 0℃ or less in a state in which rain and/or snow is detected, or a time when the temperature of the road surface reaches the dew point temperature or less when the dew point temperature of the air is 0℃ or less, as an icing time; a display unit that displays information concerning a driving precaution from the icing caution time; and a heat supply control unit that supplies heat to the road surface from the icing time.
