The present invention relates to a road marker having a non-slip function, which reduces the driving speed of a vehicle by increasing friction with vehicle wheels, especially performs the non-slip function in case of rain, helps a driver to visually recognize the state of a road and the location of traffic lanes during night driving because of a noctilucent substance included in the road marker so that the driver can drive safely, can be easily installed, repaired and maintained and prevented from posing a threat to traveling vehicles when damaged, and provides excellent durability. To achieve the above purposes, the road marker according to the present invention is technically characterized by: a post which is inserted into a hole formed on the road surface; a top surface part which has a rectangular shape and is formed on the top of the post; and a tread which is formed on a plane of the top surface part, wherein the post and the top surface part are integrally made out of resin.
