Abstract:
This vehicle-side system (2) is provided with a second data communication unit (21a) which receives road surface data transmitted from a first data communication unit (1c), a storage unit (21b) which stores training data, a road surface determination unit (21c) which, on the basis of the road surface data and the training data, determines the road surface state on the road surface travelled by the vehicle, and a tire identification unit (21d) which performs tire identification for identifying which content included in prescribed types for identification the tires (3) fall under. Further, when the tire identification unit identifies tires on the basis of identification data reported from a tire-side device (1) and the road surface determination unit determines the road surface state, the road surface state is determined using training data corresponding to the result of the tire identification.
