Abstract:
A roaster has a first baking plate (11), a second baking plate (14) and a holding device (2), the first baking plate (11) is fixed on the holding device (2), the first baking plate (11) and the second baking plate (14) are connected pivotally and they are rotatable around an axis, the first baking plate (11) and the second baking plate (14) form a baking cavity (15) between them, the first baking plate (11) has an angle to the horizontal, and the top end of at least one of the first baking plate (11) and the second baking plate (14) has an inlet (13) through which the batter is led into the baking cavity (15). The batter enters the baking cavity (15) directly through the inlet (13), there is no need to open the baking plate, steam flows out through the inlet (13) during the heating, avoiding the leakage of the batter.
