Abstract:
In a robot arm control system 10, a first camera 24 of a first arm 21 first reads a two-dimensional bar code affixed on a workpiece W. Next, a jig plate-gripping unit 22 of the first arm 21 selects, from a jig plate tray 60, a jig plate P corresponding to the workpiece type indicated by the two-dimensional bar code. The jig plate P is positioned above the workpiece W so as to have a specified positional relationship and placed thereon, and the jig plate P is pressed on the workpiece W. A screw-tightening unit 32 of a second arm 31 screws a screw into a screw hole of the workpiece W using guide holes of the jig plate P that is pressing on the workpiece W.
