Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to prevent a first link line, in a robot arm mechanism having a linear telescopic joint, from colliding with an inner wall of a support. This robot arm mechanism is provided with: a plurality of first links 53 connected in a line shape; a plurality of second links 54 connected in a line shape; a feeding mechanism part 25 which supports the first links and the second links to be movable back and forth; a receiving part 22 which receives the first links and the second links and has the shape of a square tube; and a guide 80 which guides, from the outside thereof, the reciprocating movement of the first links between the feeding mechanism part and the receiving part 22. The guide has a plurality of guide pieces 81, which are bendably connected to each other at the front and rear end surfaces thereof so as to be deformed following the derricking motion of a derricking rotation joint part, and the guide hangs from a tip position fixed to the feeding mechanism part down into the receiving part.
