Abstract:
Provided are a robot-based welding system and method. The method comprises: using two industrial robots (20) in cooperation with a tube-tube sheet welding gun (30) to perform seam welding to weld all tubes within a tube sheet. A route planning and offline programming module plans a collision-free welding route and performs offline programming. A laser scanning and positioning module acquires coordinates of a circle center of a tube aperture to realize identification of an initial welding location and self-guiding. An online quality detection module for a welded seam obtains a three-dimensional reconstruction image according to a laser scanning result of a welded seam, and performs an online quality detection on the welded seam according to the appearance thereof.
