Abstract:
A robot- and big data-incorporated alarm system and method. The system is characterized in that: when a water level-related telemetric station in a city has an on-site water level exceeding a warning water level, a first control apparatus (101) in the city can send to a second control apparatus (102) and a third control apparatus (200), by means of an Internet of Things, position information and a name of said water-level related telemetric station having an on-site water level exceeding the warning water level and street names at a periphery thereof; and when it is determined that there is a target vehicle (103) on a street associated with the street names, the second control apparatus (102) sends to the target vehicle (103), by means of the Internet of Things, water level alarm information including the position information and name of said water-level related telemetric station having an on-site water level exceeding the warning water level. The system enables a water level-related alarm to be provided to a large area in a timely manner, thus reducing damage and losses caused in a city. In addition, the present invention further performs financial management on a financial management account corresponding to a corresponding user identifier of a target robot, thus providing an incentive for the target robot to participate in a water level alarm activity.
