Abstract:
Disclosed is a robot. The robot comprises a communication interface, a camera, a sensor module including a plurality of sensors, a driving unit, and a processor for controlling the driving unit on the basis of a control command received from a user terminal via the communication interface. The processor acquires image data via the camera, and acquires robot navigation information on the basis of sensing data and image data acquired via at least one sensor among the plurality of sensors. In addition, the processor identifies navigation information within a threshold time from the point in time the control command is received among the navigation information, and identifies whether an operation corresponding to the control command has been normally performed on the basis of the identified navigation information. Furthermore, when the operation corresponding to the control command is identified to have been abnormally performed, the processor transmits guide user interface (UI) information related to the abnormal operation to the user terminal via the communication interface.
