This robot controller (10) is a controller for controlling a motor in a robot, and is provided with: a case (20) that houses a heat-generating component that generates heat; a venthole that is opened in a wall of the case (20); a fan that sends, to the heat-generating component, air that has been introduced into the case via the venthole; and a lid part (56) that is capable of covering the venthole.
