The present invention relates to a robot disinfection device and, more particularly, to a robot disinfection device for preventing secondary infection by disinfecting the body of robot devices such as autonomous driving robots that perform delivery or infectious disease prevention measures in medical sites or multi-use facilities. The robot disinfection device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a disinfection device body unit formed so as to be capable of reception of a robot in an inner space thereof; a disinfection unit that is installed on the inner surface of the disinfection device body unit and disinfects the external surface of the robot; a sensor unit that is formed on the inner upper surface of the disinfection device body unit and detects the position of the robot; and a control unit that is installed in the disinfection device body unit and controls operations of the disinfection unit and the sensor unit.
