Disclosed in the present invention is a robot gripper provided on a connecting shaft, comprising at least one first gripper which is connected to the connecting shaft and is used for taking out a pin member from a jig and putting same into a mould; the first gripper comprises a first connecting plate connected to the connecting shaft, a first cylinder fixed on the first connecting plate, a plurality of clamping fingers which are synchronously opened and closed, are connected on one side of the first cylinder and are used for respectively clamping different portions of a connecting portion, a positioning plate connected on one side of the first cylinder, a plurality of second holes which are provided in the positioning plate and allow the clamped fingers to pass through in one-to-one correspondence manner, a first pin provided on the lower surface of the positioning plate for insertion into the jig, a second pin provided on the lower surface of the positioning plate for insertion into the mould, and third pins provided on the lower surface of the positioning plate for insertion into first holes in one-to-one correspondence manner. The robot gripper of the present invention is able to accurately take out a pin member from a jig, and accurately place same into a mould, without causing shifting of the pin member during the movement.
