Abstract:
A robot hand (1) is provided with a plate-like member (3) in which a through-groove (5) for causing a refrigerant to flow therethrough extends, an FRP molding (2) which is disposed on one main surface (3a) of the plate-like member (3) so as to cover the through-groove (15), and an FRP molding (4) which is disposed on the other main surface (3b) of the plate-like member (3) so as to cover the through-groove (15). In the robot hand (1), the plate-like member (3) and the FRP moldings (2, 4) form a channel through which the refrigerant flows. The robot hand (1) can be used in high temperature applications, such as the loading and unloading of a glass substrate from a furnace, by causing the refrigerant to flow through the channel.
