Abstract:
Provided is an information processing device which efficiently controls a plurality of types of robot that move on the basis of map data having different formats. This information processing device comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring map data generated by at least one robot, from among a plurality of types of robot which move on the basis of map data having different formats and which indicate areas in which the robots can move; a shared map generation unit which generates, from the acquired map data, a shared map for managing the movement of the plurality of types of robot on a single map; and a specific map generation unit for generating, from the shared map, a plurality of types of specific maps, each to be used by the plurality of types of robots.
