Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a robot scheduling method and apparatus. The robot scheduling method comprises: acquiring the global average number of tasks to be executed in a specified scenario and the local average number of tasks to be executed in regions; according to the global average number of tasks to be executed and the local average number of tasks to be executed in the regions, predicting a global task execution loss for the specified scenario; determining a robot cross-region scheduling policy according to the global task execution loss; and performing cross-region scheduling on a target robot in the specified scenario by using the robot cross-region scheduling policy. A global task execution loss for a specified scenario is predicted by means of the global average number of tasks to be executed and the local average number of tasks to be executed, so as to obtain a loss value during execution by robots when tasks to be executed in the current regions are allocated, and the loss value is further used as reference data, so as to obtain a corresponding robot cross-region scheduling policy by taking a more ideal robot distribution in each region as the goal, thereby making full use of robot quantity resources, and improving the execution efficiency of the tasks.
