This robot system is provided with: an operating device (2) which accepts operation instructions from an operator; an actual robot (1) which is installed in a working space and which performs a sequence of actions comprising a plurality of steps; a transmission-type display device (6) which is configured in such a way that the operator can see the real world, and which is configured to display a virtual robot (3); and a control device (4); wherein the control device (4) is configured to cause the virtual robot (3) displayed on the transmission-type display device (6) to act on the basis of instruction information input from the operating device (2), and then, when action execution information is input from the operating device (2) to cause the actual robot (1) to act, to cause the actual robot (1) to act in a state in which the virtual robot (3) is being displayed on the transmission-type display device (6).
