Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to enable an operator to set a timeout value of a standby time due to an interlock easily for each work element when performing off-line teaching of a robot. An embodiment of the present invention is a robot teaching device provided with: a task creating unit (102) which creates tasks, each of which is information relating to a work element performed by a robot with respect to a target object, on the basis of an operation input by an operator, and which sets in each task information relating to at least one of a first point, which is a passing point before a target point of the work element is reached, and a second point, which is a passing point after the target point has been reached; and an interlock setting unit (115) which sets a timeout value of a standby time for causing the activity of the robot to stand by at at least one of the first point and the second point set in the task, on the basis of an operation input by the operator.
