Abstract:
Provided is a robotic device for cutting rice paper, comprising a cutting device, a rotation device, a guide mold, a motion device, a machine frame, and a controller; the motion device is mounted on the machine frame; the cutting device is mounted on the motion device; the guide mold is mounted on the rotation device; the rotation device is movably fittably connected to the machine frame; the cutting device comprises a cutting frame, a cutting wire, and a cutting motor; the rotation device comprises a rotary plate base, a rotary plate motor, and a drive wheel; the guide mold comprises an upper guide template, a lower guide template, and a mold cylinder; the motion device comprises an oscillation guide groove, a block, and an electrically powered push rod; during use, the controller is used to control the rotary plate motor to drive the guide mold to move, control the electrically powered push rod to push the cutting frame to move, and control the cutting motor to drive the cutting wire to rotate; the cutting wire cuts the rice-paper plant in the guide mold, cutting the rice-paper plant into rice paper; in comparison with conventional manual cutting of rice paper, the efficiency and quality of processing are improved.
