Abstract:
The present invention relates to a robust index code. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a robust index code capable of robustly decoding an index from a robust index code image after degradation that is obtained by degradation of the robust index code image obtained by encoding an index. In addition, the robust index code is a robust index code capable of robustly decoding the index from the robust index code image after degradation; in an encoding process, the robust index code image is generated by performing colorization by each of N color information for a bit string of each N (N≥2) bit obtained on the basis of the index; in a robust decoding process, an index candidate group is generated on the basis of a binarization algorithm from the color information corresponding to all data areas with degradation; and a correct answer index can be selected according to the number of index candidates consisting of an assumed answer index obtained by verifying the index candidate group by comparing a plurality of first image attribute values and a plurality of second image attribute values.
