CLAIMS A lateral load sandwich panel (100) usable with cap or without cap to provide required water and heat insulation in slope roofs and increase fire resistance performance in order to connect photovoltaic solar panels to roof construction without drilling and to mounting use of special apparatus, characterized by comprising; a double dent mid rib (112) in hard foam filling structure to provide photovoltaic module mounting by inserting a cap (200) and a mounting apparatus (300) to ribs where a PUR or PIR rib filling (130) is placed. A sandwich panel (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; an idle rib (111) as a result of micro tensions that may occur during connection of the photovoltaic mounting apparatus (300), the double dent mid rib (112), a short rib (113), the idle rib (111) of upper sheet (110) to prevent full rib (114) deformation, double dent mid rib (112), short rib (113), PIR (Polyisocyanurate) or PUR (Polyurethane) rib filling (130) filling into full rib (114). A sandwich panel (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a rock wool core filling (131) connected to a binding layer (120) and a lower sheet (140) to increase fire resistance. A sandwich panel (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; an upper dent (1121) located on mid rib (112) for installing cap (200) over a connection member (400) in case of need for construction connection of double dent mid rib (112) and in areas where wind absorption force is high. A sandwich panel (100) according to claim 1 , characterized by comprising; a lower dent (1122) located the on double dent mid rib (112) for installing photovoltaic system mounting apparatus (300) over connection member (400) in case of need for construction connection of double dent mid rib (112) and in areas where wind absorption force is high.
Description:
ROCK WOOL SOLAR PANEL

Technical Field

The invention relates to a sandwich panel comprising PIR (Polyisocyanurate) or PUR (Polyurethane) rib filling and rock wool core filling, lateral sitting, usable with or without cap, designed eligible for mounting by use of special apparatus without need to drilling to provide needed water and heat insulation in slope roofs and to provide connection of photovoltaic solar panels onto roof construction.

State of the Art

Photovoltaic (PV) is the method for generating electricity from Sun by use of solar cells or solar panels. Photovoltaic solar energy system which is the most common method used for generating electricity from solar energy does not only comprise solar panel. It comprises other system components such as battery, charge control device and inverter subject to system type. Solar panels which are the most basic parts of photovoltaic solar energy system directly convert Sun lights into electric energy by its solar cells thereof. While such systems were used only in areas not having electricity mains and far from residency areas where transporting fuel oil to generator was difficult and expensive in past, now it has a considerably high use or roofs of houses having mains in the residency areas connected to mains and big size power plant applications.

A typical sandwich panel contains two metal plate combination containing combustible insulation material (polyurethane, polystyrene, polyisocyanurate and similar others) or non combustible (wools such as rock wool and glass wool) between panels. In current applications sandwich panels to which photovoltaic panel can be mounted are of types where PUR or PIR core filling, with or without cap can be used. Such panels can be provided with limited time of fire resistance up to maximum 30 minutes. Rock wool core material filled roof panels may have up to 3 hour-fire resistance.

As a result, inadequacy of existing solutions in the related art in sandwich panel providing both compatibility to photovoltaic solar panel and high level of fire resistance have made necessary to make development. Brief Description of the Invention

In order to meet the abovementioned requirements, invention relates to a sandwich panel comprising PIR (Polyisocyanurate) or PUR (Polyurethane) rib filling and rock wool core filling, lateral sitting, usable with or without cap, designed eligible for mounting by use of special apparatus without need to drilling to provide needed water and heat insulation in slope roofs and to provide connection of photovoltaic solar panels onto roof construction.

From the present status of the related art, the aim of the invention is to provide fire resistance for 2 hours and higher by rock wool solar cap and lateral load sandwich panel developed hereunder.

Aim of the invention is to provide prevention of deformation of rib metal by means of connection made via seating the photovoltaic mounting apparatus into slot by PIR (Polyisocyanurate) or PUR (Polyurethane) foam filling material into rock well solar cap and lateral loading sandwich panel.

Another aim of the invention is to provide installation of cap onto upper dent via connection screw and also mounting photovoltaic system connection apparatus to lower dent in case of areas where wind absorption force is bigger due to double dent structure of mid rib and when it is needed to connect mid rib to construction.

The structural and characteristics features of the invention and all advantages will be understood better in detailed descriptions with the figures given below and with reference to the figures, and therefore, the assessment should be made taking into account the said figures and detailed explanations.

In order to make the embodiment and additional members being subject of the present invention as well as the advantages clearer for better understanding, it should be assessed with reference to the fallowing described figures.

Detailed Description of the Invention

In this detailed description, a sandwich panel (100) of the invention comprising PIR (Polyisocyanurate) or PUR (Polyurethane) rib filling (130) and rock wool core filling (131), lateral sitting, usable with or without cap, designed eligible for mounting by use of special apparatus without need to drilling to provide needed water and heat insulation in slope roofs and to provide connection of photovoltaic solar panels onto roof construction is described for better understanding of the invention only without any restrictive effects.

Rock wool solar cap and lateral load sandwich panel (100) shown in figure 1 is characterized by providing fire resistance for 2 hours and longer by means of rock wool core filling (131) comprised therein. As PUR or PIR rib filling material (130) put into said rock wool solar cap and lateral load sandwich panel (100) rib is hard foam, metal deformation of double dent mid rib (112) in connection made by seating photovoltaic mounting apparatus (300) into lower dent (1122) and tightening is prevented. Thanks to upper dent (1121) and lower dent (1122) located on double dent mid rib (112) as shown in figure 3 in areas having high wind absorption force and in case of need for connection of double dent mid-rib (112) to construction, cap can be installed to upper dent (1121) over connection member (400) and photovoltaic system mounting apparatus (300) can be connected to lower dent (1122). Sandwich panel (100) shown in figure 2 comprises idle rib (111), double dent mid rib (112), short rib (113), upper sheet (110) providing load carrying of sandwich panel by help of full load rib (114), upper sheet (110) and PUR or PIR rib filling (130) and binding layer (120) connecting to rock well core filling (131) to one another and rock wool core filling (131) to lower sheet (140), only idle rib (111) of sandwich panel (100) providing heat and sound insulation, double dent mid-rib (112), short rib (113), PIR (Polyisociyanurate) and PUR (Polyurethane) rib filling (130) filling full load rib (114), and lower sheet (140) increasing resistance against rib and flexibility of sandwich panel (100) and giving resistance and making breaking difficult. Said upper sheet (110) comprises idle rib (111) forming lateral load upon combining other sandwich panel (100) to full load rib (114); double dent mid rib (112) providing mounting of photovoltaic module by installation of cap (200) to upper dent (1121) of ribs where PUR or PIR rib filling (130) are placed, installation of mounting apparatus (300) to lower dent (1122), also playing an essential role in insulation by hard foam filling structure; short rib (113) where photovoltaic module is mounted by installation of mounting apparatus (300), designed to be preferably 333.3 mm interval to double dent mid rib (112) to protect standard of photovoltaic module mounting apparatus (300), increasing resistance of upper sheet (110); and full load rib (114) forming lateral load upon combination of other sandwich panel (100) with idle rib (111). Lamp rib joining section (141) is provided on lower sheet (140) to increase combination resistance of said sandwich panels (100) and provide effective heat insulation.

The product of the invention is composed of lateral load and cap rock wool core filling (131) solar sandwich panel (100), lower sheet (140) painted and non-painted galvanise metal having combination detail of double dent mid rib (112) and 5 rib upper sheet (110) and lamp rib (141), PUR or PIR rib filling (130), rock wool core filling (131) and binding layer (120) used to bind lower sheet (140) and rock wool core filling. Lateral load and cap solar sandwich panel (100) with rock wool core filling (131) comprising PUR or PIR rib filling (130) producible by continuous line technology provides high fire resistance performance because of its high mechanical resistant effective heat and sound insulation feature provided by composite structure and can be used in low slope roof coverings up to minimum 1 ,5% slope. Thickness of trapezium dimension lower sheet (140) having idle rib (111), double dent mid rib (112), short rib (113) and full load rib (114) does not affect composite material adherence sandwich panel (100) resistance created by rock wool filling (131) density and 5-rib upper sheet (110) metal rock wool core filling (131).

Said PUR or PIR rib filling (130) prevents deformation of idle rib (111), double dent mid rib (112), short rib (113) full load rib (114) as a result of micro tension that can occur during connection of photovoltaic mounting apparatus (300) upon filling of upper sheet (110) idle rib (111), double dent mid rib (112), short rib (113) into full load rib (114).
