Abstract:
A rod-shaped body according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises cemented carbide including WC particles, Co, Cr, and V, and has a long shape having a first end portion and a second end portion in the longitudinal direction. The Co content in the first end portion is lower than that in the second end portion. The V content in the first end portion is lower than that in the second end portion. The Cr content changes with a gradient SCr from the first end portion to the second end portion, and the V content changes with a gradient SV from the first end portion to the second end portion. The gradient SCr is smaller than the gradient SV.
