Abstract:
The present invention comprises: an injection control assembly (20), an ignition system (30), and a barrel system (40). The barrel system is positioned for insertion of a nozzled end into the burrow opening for discharging a mixture of oxygen and an inflammable gas into the burrow and subsequent ignition of this mixture. A mixing chamber (28) allows for the mixing of an inflammable gas with oxygen at a desired ratio. This ratio is varied by two adjustable valve members (24, 26). This mixture is then discharged into the barrel system through a discharge valve (23). The ignition system includes an ignition switch (33) near the discharge valve for one-hand operation, a battery (37), and an igniter (35) inducing arcing across two electrodes (36, 36') within the nozzled end. The present invention also includes the safety features of a pressure sensor (32) and a check valve (46).
