Abstract:
A roll-bending forming method for a hollow inequilateral profile frame, comprising the following steps: S1, cutting out a blank to be roll-bent from a base material according to requirements; S2, performing filler treatment on gaps in the blank to be roll-bent; S3, performing pre-roll-bending forming on the blank undergoing filler treatment to obtain a pre-finished product; S4, performing filler removal on the pre-finished product and then performing quenching treatment to obtain a semi-finished product; S5, performing filler treatment on gaps in the blank of the semi-finished product; S6, performing supplementary roll-bending forming on the semi-finished product; and S7, performing filler removal on the product obtained in step 6, and cutting the waste to obtain a finished product. According to the structural characteristics of hollow profile frame parts, a roll-bending heating treatment forming process is reasonably designed, a mold structure is optimized and improved, a mold having two vertical edges of different amounts of rebound is designed, and then the hollow profile frame parts having qualified sizes are produced by means of the improvement of the processes and the innovation on the processes, so as to meet the production requirements of launch vehicles.
