Abstract:
A roll for bimetal composite rolling, which comprises a pair of rolls having parallel axes, wherein the rolls are a main roll (1) and an auxiliary roll (2) respectively; and the main roll (1) is provided with an annular groove (13) concentric therewith. A groove bottom of the annular groove (13) is a ring surface, the annular groove (13) is a structure which has a wide upper part and a narrow lower part, two side surfaces of the annular groove (13) are symmetrically arranged, and each side surface is formed by combining a vertical ring surface segment perpendicular to the ring surface and an inclined ring surface segment which forms an included angle with the vertical ring surface segment, or is formed by combining the inclined ring surface segment which forms an inclined included angle with the ring surface and the vertical ring surface segment perpendicular to the ring surface, or is an inclined surface which forms an inclined included angle with the axis of the main roll (1); and the inclined included angle is 84-86°. When a bimetal workpiece is rolled, the annular groove (13) of the main roll (1) is used to guarantee the width dimensions of the workpiece, and the inclined ring surface segment enables the workpiece to be easily demolded. The problem of width dimension not being easily guaranteed when a four-roller rolling mill is used for rolling, as well as the problem of flash or burrs due to insufficiently pressing a workpiece by using a side pressing roller, are solved.
