A roll cone manufacturing device, wherein a recessed mold (10) having a conical internal shape is fitted to a projected mold (20) having a conical external shape fitted to the recessed mold (10), the drum part (23) of the projected part (20) is rotatably supported, when closed, by an openable annular support means such as a toggle mechanism link (30) in the state of being pressed from at least three points on the outer periphery thereof to the axis thereof with the axes of the recessed mold (10) and the projected mold (20) aligned with each other, the toggle mechanism link (30) is formed openable, and a plurality of rolling bodies such as rollers (31) are installed on the inside of a ring, whereby the function of the support means as a bearing can be increased, and a high quality roll cone (40) can be manufactured efficiently.
