Abstract:
A tubular roll cover, which covers a roll body in the form of a round bar or a cylinder and is formed by the use of a thermoplastic fluoropolymer, characterized in that the thermoplastic fluoropolymer contains 0.5 to 5 wt % of carbon nanotube. The above tubular roll cover secures a required electroconductivity, in other words, exhibits low static electrification, secures good electricity-removing characteristics and thus can prevent the offset phenomenon due to static electricity, and further can retain good softness, releasability and surface cleaning property, and the like, which are inherent in a general fluoropolymer, since it uses a thermoplastic fluoropolymer containing 0.5 to 5 wt % of carbon nanotube.
