Abstract:
Provided are a roll information calculation device, a roll information calculation method, a rolling equipment adjustment method, and a round bar product manufacturing method in which it is possible to calculate roll information including roll gaps of rolls and thrust amounts of the rolls at a final rolling mill and a pre-stage rolling mill, to bring the shape of a round bar product close to a true circle. A roll information calculation device (10) includes a roll thrust amount calculation unit (14) and a roll gap calculation unit (15). The roll thrust amount calculation unit (14) calculates thrust amounts Sa to Sc; Sd to Sf of rolls (4a) to (4c); (4d) to (4f) in a final rolling mill (3n) and a pre-stage rolling mill (3n-1) on the basis of a material pass core PC (Xs, Ys) of a rolling pass (5) and caliber bottom coordinates 4ap(xa, ya) to 4cp(xc, yc); 4dp(xd, yd) to 4fp(xf, yf). The roll gap calculation unit (15) calculates gaps Ra to Rc; Rd to Rf of the rolls (4a) to (4c); (4d) to (4f).
