The present invention relates to a roll printing machine and a method of roll printing using the same, which roll printing machine comprises a printing roll support, a printing roll, a blanket provided on the outside of the printing roll, a coater for coating the surface of the blanket with an ink, a cliché, and a printed body, characterized in that the printing roll is fixed to the printing roll support so as to be rotated, and the cliché is transferred by rotation of the printing roll.
