Abstract:
A roll replacement device, comprising: a conveying apparatus capable of moving between a pick-up station and an unwinding station, the conveying apparatus being used for bearing a backup roll; a pick-up apparatus for picking up a backup strip of the backup roll on the conveying apparatus, so that the conveying apparatus fixes an end part of the picked-up backup strip; an unwinding apparatus provided at the unwinding station, the unwinding apparatus being used for outputting a working strip and capable of cutting off the working strip and fixing the cut-off end of the working strip; and an adhesive tape supply apparatus capable of moving to the unwinding station, the adhesive tape supply apparatus being used, when located at the winding station, for providing an adhesive tape to the unwinding apparatus, wherein when moving to the unwinding station, the conveying apparatus is further used for transferring the backup roll and the end part of the backup strip of the backup roll to the unwinding apparatus, so that the unwinding apparatus adheres the adhesive tape to a position between the end part of the backup strip and the cut-off end of the working strip.
