Abstract:
The present invention relates to a roll screen apparatus that is safe for young children, and more particularly, to a roll screen apparatus which does not operate when a safety ring of a ball chain coupled to an elastic gear is not elastically fixed to a wall or a window frame. The roll screen apparatus of the present invention has restrictions in that it operates only when the safety ring is fixed to the wall, and the ball chain or a cord string is always locked in a tensioned state to completely prevent accidents.
