[37] Embodiment 1

[38] First of all, a roll type wastepaper hanger according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the FIGs. 1 to 3. FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically illustrating a roll type wastepaper hanger according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, and FIGs. 2 and 3 are sectional views schematically illustrating essential parts of the hanger in FIG. 1.

[39] The wastepaper hanger 100 according to this embodiment comprises a mounting body 110, a rotation obstructing body 130, a supporting bar 150 and an installing plate 170.

[40] The mounting body 110 is for fixedly mounting a roll type wastepaper 10. The mounting body 110 is comprised of a first mounting body 110a and a second mounting body 110b which are detachably connected from each other, and it is longitudinally formed with a through-hole 111 to pass through its central axis.

[41] The first mounting body 110a has a first interior hard paper supporting portion

113aand a first interior hard paper inserting portion 115a.

[42] The first interior hard paper supporting portion 113a supports one side of a hollowed cylindrical interior hard paper 11 in the center of a wastepaper 10 to be closely contacted. The first interior hard paper supporting portion 113a has a disk shape, and it has relatively larger diameter than that of the interior hard paper 11 so as

to well support the interior hard paper 11 at one side. The first interior hard paper supporting portion 113a is formed with a plurality of first stopping protrusions 117a and the first interior hard paper inserting portion 115a on both sides thereof.

[43] The plurality of first stopping protrusions 117a is formed on the one side of the first interior hard paper supporting portion 113a with a constant distance following to its circumference. The plurality of first stopping protrusions 117a is formed in a right triangle shape, but alternatively it may be formed in a triangle shape or a triangle having rounded vertexes.

[44] The first interior hard paper inserting portion 115a is integrally extended from the other side of the first interior hard paper supporting portion 113a, preferably from the center of the other side. The first interior hard paper inserting portion 115a is formed to be slanted at the portion contacted with the first interior hard paper supporting portion 113a. This slanted portion 119a will support the interior hard paper 11 in case of changing the diameter of the interior hard paper 11 of the wastepaper, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, in a case that the diameter of the interior hard paper 11 is smaller than that of the portion contacted with the first interior hard paper inserting portion 115a of the first interior hard paper supporting portion 113a.

[45] The first interior hard paper inserting portion 115a is formed with screw threads

121a on the inner peripheralsurface from its free end to a determined distance.

[47] The second interior hard paper supporting portion 113b supports the other side of the interior hard paper 11 of the wastepaper to be closely contacted.

[48] The second interior hard paper supporting portion 113b has a disk shape, and it has relatively larger diameter than that of the interior hard paper 11 so as to well support the interior hard paper 11 at the other side. The second interior hard paper supporting portion 113b is formed with the second interior hard paper inserting portion 115b on one side thereof.

[49] The second interior hard paper inserting portion 115b is integrally extended from the one side of the second interior hard paper supporting portion 113b, preferably from the center of the one side. The second interior hard paper inserting portion 115b is formed to be slanted at the portion contacted with the second interior hard paper supporting portion 113b. This slanted portion 119b will support the interior hard paper 11 in case of changing the diameter of the interior hard paper 11 of the wastepaper, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, in a case that the diameter of the interior hard paper 11 is smaller than that of the portion contacted with the second interior hard paper inserting portion 115b of the second interior hard paper supporting portion 113b.

[50] The second interior hard paper inserting portion 115b is formed with screw threads

121b on the outer peripheral surface from its free end to a determined distance.

[51] The first mounting body 110a and the second mounting body 110b are connected from each other by screwing the screw threads 121a formed on the inner peripheral surface of the first interior hard paper inserting portion 115a and the screw threads 121bformed on the outer peripheral surface of the second interior hard paper inserting portion 115b.

[52] The rotating obstructing body 130 is for selectively obstructing the rotation movement of the mounting body 110, and it has substantially same shape as the first interior hard paper supporting portion 113a.
