Abstract:
Disclosed is a rolled material cooling control device comprising: a detailed temperature model storage unit (31) which stores a detailed temperature model that describes the temperature change of a rolled material during a predetermined cooling interval by a numerical expression using a parameter; an influence coefficient calculation unit (32) which, on the basis of the detailed temperature model, calculates an influence coefficient required to control the temperature change of the rolled material; a simple cooling pattern calculation unit (33) which, on the basis of the influence coefficient, calculates a simple cooling pattern created by simplifying a desired detailed cooling pattern required to obtain the desired quality (strength or ductility) of the rolled material; a detailed cooling pattern calculation unit (34) which, on the basis of the simple cooling pattern and the detailed temperature model, calculates the detailed cooling pattern of the rolled material during the predetermined cooling interval; and a cooling control unit (35) which, on the basis of the detailed cooling pattern, controls the cooling of the rolled material.
